Ourtime at the hotel was very positive. The room was a little musty as what would be expected in a cave room. It really felt like a cave experience. The staff will be very helpful and went out of their way to make a experience a positive one. Ali the night staff was especially helpful when helping us book tour. I would suggest looking a balloon to her once you are at Capadoccia as rates are much more reasonable

Needs better maintenance and upgrading with the furnitures and appliances. You can’t stay in your room all day as no entertainment. Wonderful staff and perfect location though. Overall good stay. If you are looking for a straightforward sleeping area this is perfect for you.
