"A very pleasant stay in a small room with a great city view. Breakfast was wonderful, all the food was top quality with lots of choices. Everything was clean and staff helpful. Room cabinetry and bath countertops still remain from the iron curtain era more than 30 years ago, and could use an update, though they are still fully functional. AC unit was most welcome on a 37 degree day but with large west-facing windows it couldn't keep up and we had to close the curtains. We were disappointed to discover the pool and spa had an extra fee of 20 euro per person, so we declined these nice activities that we had looked forward to."

"Wonderful Stay with Thoughtful Touches and Great Service We had a very positive experience during our stay. The hotel offered free parking, which was a big plus, even though it was about a 300-meter walk from the accommodation. The nearest tram station was also conveniently located, just a 5–8 minute walk away, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a nice complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us — a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. Since we visited in the summer, we were pleasantly surprised to find a fan already set up in the room, which made our stay much more comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, varied, and delicious, a great way to start the day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, which really added to the overall experience. "Stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. The location was brilliant, the bed was quite possibly the best bed i've ever slept in. Had the weather not been so hot and it being my first time in Prague, i'd have stayed in the bed all day. Staff were outstanding too and very helpful. TV service was very good too in that there was English channels which was helpful given that i was here myself."
