"A three night stay btw 13th-16th November. Prior contact with Isabelle was easy and timely and Isabelle was very accommodating. Upon arrival at the house we found it to be clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. We made little use of the living room but the furniture was comfortable. We spent the majority of our time in the house in the kitchen where we chose to do our own cooking as opposed to dining out. We found the kitchen to be well equipped and the cooker was very clean and in good working order. The large fridge freezer was more than enough to store our provisions. The view from the kitchen window over the harbour area provided a source of many conversations. The bathroom was spacious and, like every other room, was clean. Good shower pressure. The icing on the cake is the location of the house. Two minutes walk onto the seafront, ten minutes into the centre of Boulogne. Isabelle made it clear that she was available in the event of any issues however this wasn’t necessary. We have been to this area on several occasions for short breaks but this visit, in a large part due to the accommodation, was the best yet. We don’t usually revisit a specific property on our trips but this house is likely to be the exception."
