The property is small and perfect. We had a patio that we so enjoyed. The rooms are right on the water and this property has a restaurant and pull up bar. So fun to watch the people and the food was great. Rooms are very clean and had everything you needed for your stay. Will definitely be returning. "

"Leftovers from previous guest were in the refrigerator, and microwave glass carousel was dirty. Young lady at the desk helped dispose of the trash and cleaned the microwave carousel for me."

"We stayed at the Garner Inn & Suites after a concert at the Surf Ballroom in nearby Clear Lake. It's about a 10 or 15 minute drive from Clear Lake, super easy, just down the highway. The Garner Inn is very comfortable and well appointed, actually nicer than you might expect to find in a small town. The breakfast included hot items like sausage and omelets, in addition to the expected items like a waffle machine and muffins and yogurt. Staff was very friendly."
