The starter were friendly. I liked that stores were close by. I disliked that I called to the front and told the agent I would be to the desk in ten minutes and it wasn't a problem, when I got there I wanted to pay with cash, he told me he already checked me out and had to check everyone out by 11:00. I asked could he change it and he stated couldn't . Working in an hotel environment I never heard that before. I

In town for SERVPRO franchise owner meeting

Pros: Met our needs. Staff helpful and friendly.
Cons: minor- towel rack or hooks on bathroom wall.
Location: Very convenient to variety of places to shop, eat from choice of chains or local flavor.
Able to rest very well. Breakfast was standard and satisfying. Location is convenient. WIFI worked well. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and safe. Price was acceptable.
