Sometimes the low price hints at what to expect.

Checkin was pleasant. Room looked clean but when took your shoes off and walked around room for a period of time and then stepped into the shower, a black film would wash off the bottom of your feet. Carpet needs a good steam cleaning. The clothes drawers are lacking if you are staying for several days. The hang area is barely the size to hang shirts only. There was a tray that held coffee packs and cups but no coffee machine. Ice machine was pulled out of 2nd floor and had to go to main floor for ice. Breakfast area was very clean but not managed as many items were out and not restocked. The food chafing dish lids were up and food was cold. Then there was a pan of what looked like gravy away from the other food, but not labeled so not taking chances. On our departure day the food area lights were off. I guess they didnt want anyone to eat, even though there was food out. We aslo were informed that they didn't do room service every day but could cime down to desk as ask for towels. Okay value for the price

Love this hotel!

We have stayed here twice and both times we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, clean rooms, comfy beds, and the free breakfast. Everyone working there is friendly and it is conveniently located near stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back when travelling to Gallatin!
