This property was okay. The bed in which we stayed in was very lumpy. We stayed in a room next to the parking lot, the lights in the lot don’t go off. I’m assuming for safety reasons. But the curtains didn’t close all the way so some light was coming in all afternoon. We also could hear people in the parking lot at all hours of the night. And the walls were so thin we could hear guests in other rooms. The pool was nice. But the towels are very small so take your own. We didn’t get to try the jacuzzi or the breakfast.

Easily accommodated my requested upgrade to a jacuzzi suite and an extended stay with no issue!! The pool temperature could be a bit warmer. I think my daughter got sick from it.

Relaxing stay

Check-in was easy, there was no $150 deposit when you arrive, the hot tub was actually hot and amazing feeling. It was worth the extra 30 minutes of travel.

The breakfast was good. They kept the pool open a little longer for us because we had to check in super late. Our room didn’t have a working heather but they gave us a space heater. They said they just changed all the units and a few don’t always work. They were helpful and kind! Traveled for work but would stay again.

The stay was exceptional,however the pool usage was a bit concerning due to a new policy of only 4 kids can swim. I rent there specifically for the pool- hot for myself and grandchildren (7) during winter months to have fun.

The room we had was spacious. We did like that. The tub would not drain so we had to stand in the dirty water. The refrigerators seal was broken so most of our food went bad, (and we had some expensive leftovers in there.) Right next to the couch was a nasty used condom. They only had a little bit of toilet paper in the room when we arrived. Beds were ok. Not like we would have hoped. Ok location, we did enjoy the hot tub.
