Amazing staff - Rosario at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was wonderful. Convenient location to Napoli centrale. We ate at the restaurant attached and had a delicious and very fun dinner as we talked with chef Patricio.

NO ES UN 4 ESTRELLAS. Cogimos este hotel para hacer la última noche en Nápoles después de un viaje por la costa Amalfitana. La habitación era enana, no había sitio ni para dejar la maleta. No tenía ni armario solo unas perchas que si colgabas algo largo casi te daba en la cara cuando estabas durmiendo. No cojáis la habitación estándar porque dos personas no caben bien. Las fotos que aparecían no se correspondían con la habitación. Es la habitación de hotel más pequeña que me han dado en mi vida, solo cabía la cama. El baño tampoco estaba muy limpio y había una estantería para dejar cosas que estaba bastante rota. Los folletos que te dejan en la habitación eran de Botox y ponerse labios… El desayuno tampoco era bueno. Cogí unos huevos que tuve que dejar porque parecía que llevaban hecho 4 días. Además, la tasa de turistas era de 10 euros y nos cobraron 11 porque quisieron cuando en Expedía ponía 10 euros y en otro hotel que nos quedamos unos días antes en Nápoles nos indicaron que eran 10 euros dos personas noche la tasa. Lo único positivo que tiene el hotel es que estás a dos minutos de la estación de tren y del bus al aeropuerto pero no merece la pena. La zona no parece muy segura pero no es culpa del hotel, siempre en las zonas de las estaciones ya sabes que el ambiente no es el mejor.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but our hotel room had a really horrible smell to it, coming from the bathroom, that we tried our best to cover up, but kept returning. I know Italy has a really old sewer system, but this was different. It made the entire stay unpleasant, and made sleeping there was difficult. There was exposed wiring in the shower, no shampoo, and the bathroom door did not close properly, requiring you to wedge yourself in there and use the full force of your body to get it to slide open. So we couldn't even shut the door to the smell at night. The neighborhood was very sketchy. Some kind of open air market happened every day right outside, and afterwards guys lingered there on the street into the night. I live in LA. I can handle sketchy streets. But I didn't feel super great walking around after dark, especially if it was obvious that I was a tourist headed to a hotel. It was close to the train station, which was convenient, and there is an area just on the opposite side of Piazza Garibaldi with very pleasant restaurants and shops. But overall, I was extremely disappointed with my stay here. It was one of the least pleasant hotel experiences in my recent travel history.

The hotel was nice. It was hard to find as the entry is on a different street than the address says. The breakfast wasn’t great but they had a nice room, good pillows, good size room. The area is a little sketchy at nighttime. Very close to the train station.

Solo fue una noche. A 20 minutos del aeropuerto $26 Euros taxi. El area es Napoli Centrale, es el centro de la ciudad y es muy concurrida el area con muchos vendors en las calles y en el piso, nos impresionamos pero despues que estas adentro del hotel no importa. El hotel es limpio tiene habitaciones más grande , la nuestra fue basica y no cabían las maletas abiertas en el piso porque para nosotros fue pequeña. No tuvimos tiempo de ir al desayuno. Tenia un pequeño balcon sin sillas y solo parado puedes estar, pero igual no daba gusto de salir porque la fachada incluso de los edificios de los alrededores es pésima. Napoles es algo sucio Basura por todos lados el hotel no tiene culpa pero lamentablemente el area no le ayuda. Gracias por su servicio. El staff del hotel es nice, dejamos las Maletas y nos fuimos a caminar. Algunas attractiones estan cercas para ver pero igual caminar en el area era extraño sorry pero no volveria a esa area. La comida en el area es más barata eso si y mucha precencia policial.

If you need easy access to the train station, and be in a central location, good option. They did a good job with the renovation and everything was surprisingly clean. They had a nice little buffet breakfast. It was only a 5 min walk to the train station. We’d stay again.

Do not trust the pictures

Awful place on the inside and outside. Got a «upgrade» to a three person room, but I was just 1 person. The room had a door leading to nowhere, so I asked for another room. They where reluctant to that as well. Got another room and it was actually even worse. The bed was rock hard, there is sooo much noise both on the inside and outside. After about half an hour in my room I booked an airbnb and left instead. They then became very accomodating and said I could get a better room, but then I was just tired of it. The pictures of the rooms are a scam.
