I had a fantastic stay on NY Eve's! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly: Paolo, Giovanna and Enzo made me feel like I could rely on family members. The location is ideal no matter where you need to go, especially within the city centre. Utterly recommended after experiencing the overall exceptional service.
Fireworks above Mount Vesuvius typically occur during major celebrations like New Year's Eve (Capodanno) and local town festivals (sagre) around the Gulf of Naples, offering spectacular views

The advertisement read "seaview room" there was no sea view. Address initially provided, not accurate. Check in very poor at a different location, undesirable, poor customer service. Iresponsive to emails asking for info to check in. Wifi 'disconnected by administrator' on second day of stay, although it was "included". Room had no towels, had to go to check-in at (different location) to request them. They did delivere thme then. Phone # did not work as per their instructions. They charged $200 eu as deposit. To be returned in 15 days. I absolutely not recommend this place at all. Expedia should not work with them. They falsely advertise!!!

So bad that we decided to forgo our room and not stay even though I lost money /.it's a scam they collect 200 and then say u lost the remote or some such and then don't return most of the deposit /.they also charge a destination tax on top of tourists / there is no such tax / they also charge a cleaning fee / suggest u take advice and don't book here

Reception lå flere km væk fra ‘hotel’

Vi skulle tjekke ind et sted der var meget svært at finde fordi ‘receptionen’ hed noget helt andet end hotellet. Her skulle de have 200 euro i depositum, som vi får tilbage efter 14 dage. ‘Hotellet’ lå næsten to kilometer væk, som vi så skulle finde. Vi havde booket med havudsigt. Dette havde vi ikke. Der var udsigt til baggård med meget larm. Værelset lugtede af sure sokker og kloak. Ingen information omkring at hotellets reception på flere kilometer væk.

Worst customer service experience ever

We had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel and I strongly advise others to avoid booking here. Before our arrival, we contacted them via WhatsApp to ask about an early check-in. Instead of a simple answer, they were rude and then stopped replying. When we wrote from another number to get a response (as we were traveling with elderly family members and needed to organize), they accused us of being “terrible” for messaging from different numbers, completely ignoring the fact that they had stopped answering us. When we arrived, the reception was chaotic. Several guests with confirmed reservations were being yelled at by a female receptionist, and one young woman was crying due to her aggressive behavior. Rather than trying to resolve issues, the receptionist shouted at guests as if scolding children. While I was speaking with a male staff member about paying the taxes by card (since nowhere was it stated that they had to be paid in cash) the woman suddenly interrupted our conversation, yelling over me. She mocked what I was saying, refused to listen, and kept talking over me in a loud, aggressive manner in front of everyone. It was humiliating and deeply disrespectful. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any hotel. Travelers deserve to be treated with basic respect, something you will not find here.

no es un hotel, es una experiencia de la MAFIA

1. el hotel queda a 3 cuadras de la recepción. 2. Nadie habla inglés y las personas en recepción son DEMASIADO malcriadas. 3. Piden más dinero del que piensas que está en la página web. Y piden cash, supongo para no pagar comisión a www.hotels.com ni pagar impuestos. 4. Piden 200 euros de depósito. Acaso se creen un hotel de lujo? Ya va un mes y aún no me devuelven el dinero. 5. El nombre "boutique" les queda grande, así como el nombre Sea View, pues no se ve el mar. 6. Esto no es un hotel, es un piso en un edificio viejo, en una zona que da miedo, con cuartos y se escucha todo. 7. Si guardan tus maletas, te piden 4 euros más o que les hagas un buen comentario en Google. Una especie de chantaje. 8. Estoy esperando aún que devuelvan mi dinero.

The hotel is clean and comfortable for a short stay of 1–2 nights. However, communication by email or phone is very slow and unresponsive. We were charged €40 (which later became €66) for a late check-in after 9 PM — but all they did was send a 4-digit access code via WhatsApp. This charge feels unjustified. I would understand the fee if a staff member had to be physically present, but for an automated check-in process, it’s excessive and feels like taking advantage of the situation. Also, many reviews mention difficulties in getting the deposit back, which creates a sense of insecurity and makes guests feel uneasy. Not the most trustworthy impression. Expected to visit a reception at address A and stay in the room at address B or even C.

non potete mettere una cauzione di 200 euro in una postilla piccolissima, poi presentarsi in una stanza dove le tende erano rotte, la seduta del bagno era rotto, cara la muffa nel bagno piccolissimo e scomodissimo. non ho potuto neanche annullare la prenotazione. mi avete incastrato e ho fatto una vacanza terribile, in quanto non avevo i soldi da consumare perché ho pagato la cauzione, che temo di non rivedere. Hotels.com, siete una azienda poco seria anche voi!

camere comode e vicino al centro

le camere sono comode e da poco ristrutturate anche se nel bagno mancano completamente delle mensole dove poter poggiare il necessario per la propria pulizia personale penso che essendo da poco ristrutturate provvederando.il centro si trova a 10 minuti a piedi quindi comodo, personale gentile e disponibile.unica nota negativa e fastidiosa la restituzione della caparra di euro 200,00 a garanzia che restituiranno dopo circa 30 giorni.spero per l'agenzia che modificheranno questa loro politica che ripeto e'molto fastidiosa e influisce notevolmente nelle recensioni.

L’horreur absolue

Mais quelle horreur …. Nous arrivons et nous comprenons que ce n’est pas un hôtel. La réception est affreuse vous devez tout faire vous même et après vous entrer dans un immeuble d’affaire, les chambres sont dans un couloir. Aucune sécurité et mensonge sur l’aspect des chambres.
