Excelente propiedad muy cómoda,practica y bonita !!

La casa en general estaba limpia pero uno de los baños y específicamente la bañadera no lo estaba y tampoco los muebles de la terraza y en este caso si era algo bien notorio,los cojines de sentarse todos muy sucios y hasta la mesa también!!

Love this place!

This is our second year in a row staying at Mermaid Manor and I have nothing but good things to say about it. It's clean and has everything you may need! The location is amazing and there is something to do for everyone! Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Little slice of paradise!

Delightful home! Weather was ideal when we stayed, so the pool and hot tub were utilized to the fullest extent and the water temps were great! House was very clean and had everything we needed, including the fishing poles and beach chairs and wagon which were much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!Bob and Carol

Fabulous place in Marco Island

We enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid Manor! It was exactly as shown … clean, everything we needed, plenty of space, great bathrooms/showers and comfortable beds. The lanai and pool were our favorite areas to hang out! The area was so quiet and peaceful we never saw anyone else while we were there. We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, coolers umbrella and wagon. We never walked to the beach but it was a quick drive away. I went on daily walks on the beach and walked for that but we didn’t want to haul our stuff that far. We would definitely stay here again! It was hard to leave !

Family Summer Vacation

We definitely enjoyed our stay at The Mermaid Manor! The ease we had from booking the property to checking out was just great. The location was amazing with the corner canal location and windows and views all around! This property will remain on our favorites list to book again!

Great house…great vacation

The house was as great as advertised. Sometimes pics and real life don’t always match but this was spot on. The house was very clean and well maintained. Location at end of cul de sac was an unexpected bonus. Lanai was key to keeping bugs out and no need to clean pool every morning. Tons of wildlife in canal. We saw sting rays, jelly fish, birds, and a dolphin from the dock, all swam around the canal and under the dock. The area is quiet…we loved the peace and quiet. You could go to a fun restaurant and then go home to quiet. We would love to stay again!!

Fantastic stay at mermaid manor

We had a fantastic stay. Beautiful home in a great location convenient to everything. Comfortable beds, beautiful pool and outdoor seating. Enjoyed the sunrise sitting out on the lanai poolside. Communication with the property management company and check in/out was easy and convenient. Walkable neighborhood. Beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, and cart were great as we traveled by air and could not bring them with us.

Thanksgiving vacation

This house accommodated 5 adults and 2 toddlers perfectly!! So roomy and open…big kitchen for making meals! The pool and hot tub were a hit, only downfall was the tile was slick when wet and the kiddos took a few tumbles. Overall, it covered all our needs for a great vacation!

Great place!

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The house was super nice, the pool was big and the space was perfect for our family of 7. We had a few small issues at first but the property manager resolved those quickly. Then we had an issue with the refrigerator but we comprised and used a cooler to keep stuff cold. All in all a great place to stay!

Quiet Week on Marco

Probably the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in, both inside and out. Great location close to everything. Caught several fish off the dock, even a few keepers that made dinner one night. A couple of minor maintenance issues, but itrip was very responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Could use some wine glasses and the keurig was on its last legs.

Fantastic Vacation Destination For Relaxation

We had a wonderful last minute family trip with our young adult son's as we finally were able to get their calendar's to align. Although the weather wasn't cooperating all but one day it was still the perfect house for relaxation and having a wonderful time. The lanai and outdoor grill made for some fantastic times as did the pool with a lovely view. The home was very nice as well with the master suite on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other. Also, the location was not commercialized which we really enjoyed for this low key trip and we were within an hours drive to explore the Everglades one day. Overall it was top notch and a five star experience. Laura R.

Great place

We were very pleased with the home. It was clean and very well appointed. Plenty of dinnerware and silverware, glasses, etc. We all enjoyed the huge tv at night, it will be tough going home to my 45 inch Tv! We would highly recommend this home and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had! Would definitely go back, just beautiful!!

Awesome House, Great Vacation !!

The home was great. Very clean, new furniture, nice quiet location. Vacant lot on one side which was great for privacy and peace, did not see other neighbors. There was a crazy house across the canal, couple houses down. No problem, we followed the instructions posted by the management, called at 9pm, police shut them down, and never heard another peep. People should be respectful to their neighbors, glad Marco Island Police are on top of things. Back to the house ... outdoor space is really nice with great shade, ceiling fans, and nice pool. Our family loves to fish, and the boat dock was awesome. We rented a boat for 4 days from Dophin Cove Marina, and went out fishing and to the island beaches each day. July in Florida, have to get out early and watch the weather starting around noon. If renting a boat, keep in mind takes about 30 minutes to get through the canals to the bay. Fishing off the dock was fun too. We did go to the beach by car one day, parked across from JW Marriot for $10 and walked to public access just North of there. We used the wagon and chairs and umbrella that came with the house. We could not find the cooler, something for owners to get for next renters. Great layout in the house with me and the wife having our own sweet on separate side of the house from our two teenage boys. Kitchen and appliances all seems new. We ate out some nights, and cooked simple things on some of the other nights. We have stayed at dozens of rental properties in the past, and this was one of the top homes we have ever rented.

Not clean but moldy

Guest bath shower covered in mold. Toilet bowls also very dirty. A/c broken, although Freon put in by management pretty quick. 4 TVs. Nonoperational. Ceiling fans and vents filthy, but again, manager sent cleaning crew the following day
