Perfect house for family getaway

My family loved this house! We really enjoyed the pool and lanai area, and the pool table was a huge hit. The beds were very comfortable.

Great place!

Very clean, great decor, nice layout. We rented a boat for the week and kept it at the dock. We had a wonderful week, the house is great!

Marco island paradise

We all enjoyed the property. It was very clean and well set up. The heated pool was the best part!!! We swam a lot! Property was easy to find and easy access to shops, beaches and stores. Fun to be on the canal, but we never used it.

Great time at Blue Paradise with the family in February. The home was very clean, comfortable with a great dock and outside pool area. We had a great time for 2 weeks and look forward to next year

Blue paradise

We had a great time! Plenty of room, nice pool, loved the screened lanai, nice neighborhood. There is still construction going on across the water way and around most of the island. We would stay here again!

The property was a perfect getaway from the hustle of life it had a great layout of living space with areas for the whole family to enjoy while also feeling private.The palms trees and greenery either side of the pool also adding to the lovely views We enjoyed the sunrise every morning the pool was warm and kitchen very well designed for use we all loved it for are own reasons and would definitely come back.

Loved this House

This house is as beautiful as the pictures present. We were very comfortable and love a deep pool. The marina portion is fantastic and the use of rods, towels, chairs for the beach, and even a soft cooler if you need one. We didn’t fly in but if we had, this house has everything you need for a great stay. Thank you for a great property and I rate this house. 10!

Marco Island Paradise

Our stay was wonderful due to to the home we stayed in. The pool made the difference. The beaches were beautiful but on the holiday weekend, crowded and parking was scares. So, the 3 bed and 3 bath was spotless, well equipped and TVs everywhere. The canal was quiet and the covered porch was huge, and we used the BBQ. Resteraunts in the area were nice. We would return for sure.

The location was good and the house was nice, though dated. There were not sufficient towels supplied.The water pressure in the master bedroom sink was just a dribble and it took forever to get warm.The billiards table was a big hit!

Casual and laid-back vacation spot

Nice quiet area. Noise ordinance after 10pm. Pool area was nice, but a bit too chilly to use. House was very clean and had nice game amenities. Needed to supply your own toilet paper, which we thought was unusual. Beds were comfy and TV's a plenty throughout the house. Loved the clean garage, use of the garage door opener and use of beach chairs, cart and umbrella. Easy drive to many activities and nice restaurants. Thanks for a great stay.

Annual Marco Island visit

The home was immaculate and quiet. We visit Marco Island annually to fish with our favorite fishing guide. This is the first year to experience a tropical storm. Mark was so gracious that upon our arrival we were able to access the home during the torrential rains. We have stayed in several Marco vacation homes. This is my favorite for sure. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

Family spring break

We had a very nice time. The house is updated and well maintained. Great access to Gulf activities: fishing, beach, boat rentals, etc.. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, coolers, towels are also provided. This was great as beach days would have required we purchase many of these items. The location is good due to the island being small so everything is close. Water views aren’t great. House is in narrow river/inlet. All in all a good value relative to other rentals on the market.

Nice and quiet

We enjoyed our week here. House was clean, area was quiet, pool was great. Only downside was that the wifi would go out every morning and didn’t come back up till about 10am. Reported it the first day, but it happened every day we were there, so not exactly sure why it was happening. Thankfully i talked my husband in to not working while we were there, but that would have been a disruption had we been depending on that for work reasons. Otherwise, we had a great time at this house!

Vacation

We were not aware of the strict noise ordinance. If your voice can be heard 50 feet off the property from 8 pm till 7am it could result in a fine. We rented it for the kids to have a pool to swim in. The neighborhood is nice but there were a lot of signs that said don't hotel our neighborhood. So we did not feel as relaxed as we normally do.

It was an amazing stay! The home, (Blue Paradise), was perfect for us! It checked all the boxes! First, the communication was great! We had all the information we needed for our stay before hand. The home was immaculate, & there was a welcoming gift basket as you walked in. The split bedroom floor plan worked out perfect for us, as we went with another couple. My hubby had an issue with opening the gate to the dock, which I received an immediate response. There was nothing wrong with the gate, user error! Ha,ha! I would definitely recommend this property, & we will stay here again!

Good stay

Roomy and comfortable property. Nice lanai and pool area. Equipped with large and modern TVs. Kitchen was very nice with very new appliances. Enjoyed the pool table! We made good use of the beach chairs, wagon and cooler provided by the property manager for trips to the beach. Furniture is comfortable but somewhat sparse and dated. Had to purchase many of our own household supplies that I would have assumed to be provided by the property manager (toilet paper, dishwasher soap and garbage bags). Given the size of our party and length of stay, the limited supplies provided at the start only lasted 2 days. We purchased (and left for future visitors) a coffee pot and 2 large beach umbrellas. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend the property!

Lovely home

We stayed in December. The house was large and comfortable. Brand new appliances in the kitchen. Beach towels were provided. Outdoor seating was comfortable.The pool table was a nice touch as was the swimming pool. It was 76-80 degrees outside temp when we were there and the pool felt a little on the cool side despite being a heated pool. The temp said it was 78 degrees in the water most of the time but felt slightly chilly. The only big complaint we had was the TVs were extremely slow. It took maybe 10 min to try to log into our accounts because the TV loaded so slow. The internet was fine. The wifi worked very fast on cellular devices. The grill took a long time to heat up. It could have been an empty propane tank and there was an extra in the garage, we just didn't take the time to switch it out. The propane tank for the outdoor fireplace was also empty and same thing, didn't take the time to exchange the tanks. The house was very clean and we were overall, very happy with our stay. We would stay here again if we were ever in the area. Good communication with property manager.

Great house and location on Marco

The house was really great, nicely furnished and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool table more than expected bc the weather was cold. The dock, patio and pool were nice also and we enjoyed the fire pit. Too cold for the pool even though it was heated - outside temps weren’t typical Florida. Mark was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Blue Paradise on Rookery Court

We would love to do a review of our 2 weeks in November. The home is beautiful, and it had everything we needed to be very comfortable. The linens were nice, the kitchen well stocked with all we needed. The home was very clean and easy to keep tidy during our stay. The pool was lovely and especially nice as it was open to the sun and not covered in a Lani. We spent many evenings in the Lani looking over the canal. We would go back over and over.
