Basic but comfortable enough for a night stop. No tea/coffee making facilities & if you forget you need a 10cents coin to operate the lift, then it’s a lot of stairs to climb!

Great value and great location

The location was great with easy access to all the main sites and the train station. The room was great value and any minor imperfections were reflected in the price. We arrived to Napoli late and the self check in was simple with great communication. Highly recommend.

Just meh. The check in process was so confusing because the reception was apparently closed on the day, and I was forced to use data and communicate via whats app to try and check in. In the rooms, there are no amenities, no shampoo or shower gel, and my bed cover was very dirty, not sure what it was.

We checked in on weekend when they don't have reception hence had to wait to connect to reception via WhatsApp upon which were told our bags couldn't be stored as reception is closed. However the staff were kind enough to store our luggage in a room assigned to us, as the room was being cleaned. Make sure to have WhatsApp installed for communication if you're arriving on weekend or after hours. The property is walking distance from main train station and has plenty food options available around.

3 rooms behind private front door on 5th floor of apartment block. Good location for walking to central sights and train station. Room & en suite was just fine, with useful mini fridge. High up overlooking back street meant noise was not too bad. Never saw staff, though room refreshed every day. Very difficult communication with staff to get entry details for late night arrival. Overall good value in price bracket. Naples is fabulous!

Check-In Nightmare • I first tried to contact the hotel via WhatsApp on Friday, as the reception is closed on Sundays. I received no reply. I followed up again on Saturday—still nothing. • Only after contacting Expedia did someone finally respond and provide me with an access code. Even then, I was told to reach out again for further instructions. • The receptionist, Martina, was extremely unhelpful. When I finally checked in, I discovered other people’s luggage in my room. I tried to get help, but again, no one responded. I had to go through Expedia a second time, who were themselves shocked at the lack of professionalism. • Martina advised me to bring the other guests' bags to reception myself. When I refused to touch someone else’s belongings, she told me, “I’m not your friend and reception doesn’t work.” Room and Facilities • The room had no soap or basic amenities. • The hotel is located in a very sketchy part of town. • Upon check-in, I was charged a tourist tax rate appropriate for a 4-star hotel, despite this property being, at best, a 2-star with 1-star service. Overall Impression • The lack of communication, missing amenities, and dismissive attitude from staff made for a truly terrible experience. • I strongly urge the owners to provide proper training to their employees, as the current level of service is unacceptable. Advice to Future Guests • Be prepared for no support from reception, problems with room access, and a lack of basic hospitality.

A very pleasant stay .

If you are staying here , the rooms are on the 5th floor but there is a lift . Ask the man on the ground floor for a 10c coin and you can use the lift . Receptionist is very helpful , rooms are lovely and perfect for families or friends . Very central in the city , easy access to the bus station , cafes and restaurants nearby and tourist attractions like the hop on hop off bus stops just outside . We knocked a point off for cleanliness as the bathroom could have done with an extra wipe over before we arrived , the shower leaked and there were balls of dust under the bedside tables . Apart from that it was a super stay .

A very pleasant stay!

We had a family of eight and booked two rooms. The hotel is very conveniently situated near the train station. Indeed, the elevator only goes to the fifth floor and you have to hand carry luggage to the sixth floor, but we knew that already from the reviews. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. While we didn’t find the prepackaged breakfast, we didn’t ask about it as we had plans to have breakfast in town. Make sure you ask about it if you want it. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They let us store our luggage after checkout so that we can explore the city for a few hours until our train departure.

Fantastic place to stay. Next to Napoli Centrale. Figured there may have been a catch considering the low price however I was wrong. Did not feel unsafe at night as the property is on a busy street. Would recommend 100%.

Great hotel

Really lovely hotel - super clean, lovely staff, super responsive on WhatsApp! The stairs are a bit of a pain but well worth the lovely room, and there is a lift available if necessary. The area feels a bit dodgy but the hotel more than made up for that - thanks for the stay :) Top tip if you're going to Pompeii - go from Napoli Porta Nolana rather than Garibaldi - much smaller station that is the first on the line so you'll definitely get a seat!

Thank you GIULY Suites. Property was conveniently located a few blocks away from the train station. Room was recently renovated. Not a normal hotel as one would expect, but it served its purpose for our trip. We pretty much just used the space to sleep and shower. I’d stay here again.

The Hotel was very near to the train station which is what we needed, we just stayed for a night. The check in was very easy, they communicated very well via Whatsapp with all instructions. We didn't meet any of the staff because we got there very late and left very early, we learned that in hotels like this one in Italy don't have people working overnight (which we were OK with). They have an elevator that you need to put 10 cents to make it work, their rooms are on the 6th floor. We went out at night to have dinner and we never felt insecure, it's just the city that's not as clean as others in Italy, but we walked with no issues. They also have a nice cafe to have breakfast right next to the entry door, all the staff was very friendly and the food (as usual in Italy) was great.
