The home has an open and spacious floor plan. 2 bedrooms have direct access to the heated pool/spa. The pool and lanai are covered by a screened enclosure.

The living room and dining room open to the lanai, and the lanai has a Weber gas grill and flat screen TV. The location is only a 5 minute walk to the public access at the beach! The home is fully furnished with beach gear with a beach cart.

The home has central air, linens, washer and dryer, iron & ironing board, and high-speed internet for video streaming.

The location is only minutes away from some great places to dine including Sunset Grill (amazing sunsets!), Marco Prime, Oyster Society, Nacho Mama, Salty Dog, Da Vinci Ristorante Italiano, La Tavola Restaurant & Bar, CJ's on the Bay, Mango's, Fin Bistro, Snook Inn and many more. We've been to Marco before and this was our favorite place. The house is beautiful and the amenities are amazing and so thoughtful! We absolutely loved our stay! The beach walk is super short and we enjoyed seeing the owls and curly tailed lizards on our little stroll up to the water.

Beautiful home with perfect South Beach location and helpful owners! Took 6 minutes on foot to reach the beach and the Sunset Grill, and running around the entire island in a golf cart was a huge thrill for everyone in our group.

Great location...no need to park your car at the parking lot because you cannot get much closer to the beach than Swan Drive! Easy walk, home has plenty of beach chairs, bikes, beach wagon and towels! Bedrooms are nice and spacious! Of course you are also close to restaurants that you can walk to! Owner is very easy to work with and there is a nice detailed binder with home information!

Property was as shown (with the exception of the bunk bedroom where the King bed was under a bunk). House was clean and was the most well equipped home we have rented. This property is perfect! The house is clean, modern, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Every room has its own bathroom, which worked great for our family. The public beach is a short walk away and the pool/spa at the house was a favorite of the kids. This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was open & spacious. I loved how the doors opened up to the pool area. We all had a bedroom with our own bathroom. We all really enjoyed having the pool to swim in after being at the beach, especially the grandkids! They wanted to be in the pool as soon as they got up! We enjoyed the wagon, coolers, umbrellas and chairs for the beach. It was just a short walk to the beach which we did multiple times each day. The house was gorgeous and spotless. "Our stay at this house was fantastic! From the day I reserved it, Nathan was in contact, answering my questions and offering his help. The beach was very close, and the pool was a big hit. Plenty of beach towels and chairs for everyone, and the beach buggy made it easy to haul everything to the beach. The best part of it all was the location! We were within walking distance of the beach and all the shopping and restaurants, but far enough away that we didn't have to deal with the crowds if we didn't want to. Great time. We will return."

What a beautiful house! The house is exactly like in the pictures (even better). Great communication with Nathan (the owner). Always quick to respond. Nathan provided with all the essentials needed. He literally thought of everything! Perfect Family Vacation

Short walk to the beach was an understatement. It was a quick 5min walk each way everyday. Even with a 3 year old, this was simple and easy. The house and pool were lovely with ample space and always a nice reprieve after a long day on the beach in the sun. The owner was incredibly responsive throughout the week whenever we needed to reach out about anything which was few and far between. There were enough bath and beach towels for everyone with plenty to spare. There was also more than enough beach chairs, carts, toys, and more for our group of 10. We would 100% stay again and recommend others to stay as well.
