"It is a beautiful hotel with a very helpful staff. One of the kindest staffs I have met in all my travels. It is in a good "tourist" location as well - I was able to walk to the palace museum of the last king of Nepal and a good art museum. There are lots of shops and restaurants and even some night clubs. There is also a place to get your laundry done nearby. I would say that if you are older or infirm, you might ask them to give you a room on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor - I was on the 4th floor of a walk-up, no elevator, and it was a bit tiring for me (as an older guy)."
