Should provide two room cards per room. One room card was very inconvenience. Always no staff can be found at Reception Desk. Teapot was out of order, but the staff didn't show polite attitudes.

The front desk lady didn't explain clealy where to park my car. She only mentioned that to park my car opposite to the hotel. I couldn't find the place she mentioned and parked my car opposite to the hotel. It cost me $2600 totally because it charged every 20min. Very unhappy! She should say that the parking place is a multi level parking building, not on street site because there was several parking lot opposite to the hotel. It really help if she say that the parking place is a building because we are tourists. We never been there before.

Hotel comfort is superb plus clean. Staff are very nice. Location is good. Though there was a creepy old man who followed us when we had a late dinner. But over all stay is good.

Everything was great. Clean room and very kind staff. It was a nice little getaway. Only thing that I didn't like was that the hand towels in the bathroom looked used. I only needed the bath towel anyway, so it was no problem. Thank you for your hospitality! ありがとうございました

Room was a tight fit with 2 foldaway beds. Location was great as next to train station as long as you don't mind the sound of trains. Shower was fine. Toilet excellent. Buffet breakfast was good. Desk staff friendly, buffet staff could try an occasional smile. Showing its age a little.

Nice and near shopping zone

Nice hotel easy to go anywhere. Near shopping zone and alot of food. Nice room and very clean. Dublebad is larger than, other hotel .
