Very stylish hotel conveniently located 5 minutes’ walk from the station. The room was small but the bed was comfortable with good pillows and we slept well. Good selection at breakfast which was worth paying extra for. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff were great, they processed the check-in quickly and without fuss. They were very accommodating and could speak English well enough to help us with our questions. it's a great hotel in a great location. The restaurant only serves breakfast and lunch, but there are many food options around. The bathrooms were modern and clean, there was free tea and coffee. The cons were the beds, a little too hard. There are only 2 elevators and they stop at level 2 no matter what.

This hotel is in a great location, close to Nagoya Station and dining options. Our room was spacious. The shower was amazing, one of the best shower experiences in my life - the water felt soft and the layout of the bathroom made the most sense. The TV was a smart TV with streaming options. One of the best hotels we stayed at in Japan.

I stayed here for three nights for my first trip to Japan. It was perfect. The location is very convenient. You can find lots of options for shopping and dining and everything is in working distance. The receptionists are very helpful especially the lady whose name is 竹内.
