5 minutes walking to subway at Internation center. 7 minutes walking to bullet train station. Hotel is attached to Lawson and the underground access U12 to uni mall is right in front of hotel. Unimall can connect to Nagoya station. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Staff is helpful, can help travelers to ship luggage via yamato transport. Price is really good, in my case. The hotel is a bit old, and they are doing renovation on top two floor when i stay there at end of February.

Great hotel in an excellent location.

The hotel is conveniently located just about 5-10 mins walk from Nagoya station which can be reached via the underground shopping street or just walking down the street and crossing a few roads. There is a Family Mart just downstairs and I found a few great restaurants in the same block. Also Ichiran Ramen is just 2-mins walk away in the next block. Check in/out was hassle-free with the self-service machines and the staff was readily on hand to assist with the process. The room was nice and clean and refreshed daily. I appreciated that they provided bottled water in the room daily (as opposed to their sister property in Osaka where I had to collect daily at the reception). There is also a common bath on 2F for guests but I did not use it during my two nights there.

I stayed at Royal Park Yokohama before arriving to Royal Park Canvas Nagoya. Cannot compare Nagoya to Yokohama because this Nagoya is much cheaper than Yokohama in price. (Both Royal Park are highly recommended though) This Royal Park is directly connected to Lawson, and almost connected to UniMall. Ichiran is right under the building. Staff helps us to Ship the Luggage to my next designated Hotel, usually this Shipping Service (Yamato) is only available at a higher class hotel, but I am glad it has it. Japan Postal Office, Uniqlo, Big Camera, Bullet train station, Regular train station are at within 7 minutes walking distance. Coin Laundry is available, but it is slow. Room is a bit old & small, but it is still clean and comfortable. Cannot ask for too much due to the low price.

Difficult to locate hotel!

Location not as close to Nagoya Station as indicated. Hotel needs to let guests know that walking there via Unimall exit 10 is a better option than walking above ground.

Decent location but room not most comfortable.

Location is decent, connected to Nagoya Station via an underground mall Unimall (use exit U10 but be prepared to climb 2 flights of stairs). Room is small and tight but bearable for 2 nights. Bed and pillows hard and not very comfortable. Toilet was relatively clean. Some free amenities including bottled water and toothbrushes. Service was pleasant. There’s a Family Mart right outside the hotel which was convenient. Loads of dining options around too.
