"I have stayed at Ilala Crest 5 or 6 times, but was disappointed with food and service on the recent visit. At arrived for one breakfast before 8am and much of the cooked food had been used up. There was no attempt to cook more. In my next trip, I will look elsewhere."

"The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom however requires some maintenance as there is mold around the bath and tiles. Also the shower attachments are loose (Room 207). Note that for me the bed was too soft. "
