No elevator for second floor, floors sticky, heater smelled, no cups, only 2 pillows on a king sized bed, when i asked for more pillows, he got them from another room. Exposed wires, painters tape holing stair treads down.

It’s not bad staying there cause of the prices but the people that do end up staying are usually junkies or addicts going in and out slamming the doors at all times of the night and management wouldn’t do anything bout it when you brought it to their attention

If you’re looking for a quick place to just lay your head overnight that is reasonably priced, this place does the trick. If you’re staying for a longer period of time, maybe go somewhere else. The staff were friendly and helpful. But there was dirt on the doorways, the clean linens I requested were dirty and stained, dirty fingerprints in the bathroom on the walls and black mold spots on the curtain. I like the flooring (not sure how soundproof it is for the people below us) but it’s nice not having gross carpet on the floors for a change. The room itself was nice but the facility had a strange odor to it when we walked in. The pillows were flat. Again, not luxury but it was nice enough to stay just for overnight.

Was clean but so outdated and just unkept

Office staff are live in employees, they leave the door to their apartment slightly ajar all the time. The hallway smells of curry and spices. The room was pet friendly which we liked, so no carpeting for the dog. All the walls had patched holes that have never been sanded or repainted. The sink when turned on sounded like a freight train. The shower head is an older sunbeam (cheap) that has the outside shower with 3 jets on the inside for harder pressure. The water barely came out of 1 of those 3 with terrible pressure. Could barely get wet enough to shower. They provided no shampoo or conditioner which we did not bring as it was a single overnight stay just for a concert in the area.

Rosemont Suites were dirty, stains, filthy, loud, bugs, black mold and gross. The tub would not drain.My boy has bites lord know from what.there was blood on the walls.the smell in the room was so horrible i had to get a air puffer. The sheets were dirty . This was horrible and experience

The room smells like smoking the furniture so old curtains are old and have paint on them . The bathtub had thick dirt don’t think they have proper materials to clean it. Doesn’t look nothing like in the picture though. It’s really bad and not worth the money they charge .

Rooms were very large with a sink/microwave kitchenette. Split bathroom was convenient. Close to the highway for accessibility.

Although the room was clean, was very rundown, cracked minor on doors, bed was springy and needs to be replaced. Great pressure in shower but water was way too hot to where it was scalling hot and could burn you! 70’s decor and needs an update. It was a late check in so had to wake staff to get in. I would not say again

The place reaks of cigarettes. Room smelled musty. Blood/boogers on the wall. When we decided to ask for a refund they denied it. Had to dispute it with my credit card company.

Was able to access a handicap room. Made it easy to get from the parking lot to the room. Room was dated, needed some woodwork repairs, a little musty.

The list of issues with this place is far too long for this little block, the ONLY thing was that the employee we dealt with a few times was nice. But they charged $50 for a service dog, (which is illegal btw). If you have the option to stay sonewhere else i recommend doing so.
