The bathroom barn door wouldn’t stay shut in my hotel room. It would slide back open and it was embarrassing when I was sitting on the toilet and it slid open

We brought our dog; the hotel is very accommodating- they even give you a sheet with dog friendly spots in the area, pet stores and nearest emergency vet. Staff is very nice. Was clean and comfortable- only 4 stars though- the usb plugs didn't work on the nightstand.

My stay was great! The hotel was very clean. I love that they offer free breakfast, a pool, the lounge, alcoholic beverages for purchase.. there was a hiccup with the card terminal when checking in but apart from that I had no issues. The shuttle service was A➕➕➕

No hot water in the shower!!
Tepid shower. This is the second time this has happened in a different room. First time when I told management they said the maintenance checked it and said it was 115 degrees. Absolutely not true. (The bath water is warmer for some reason so maybe that what he tested but there’s no way it’s above lukewarm) Management (Nicole) does not care and sometimes rude. Gave a credit of $20. How insulting. We don’t ask for many bells and whistles but no hot water is a deal breaker.
