We decided at the last minute to go to the beach during Spring Break. Although we were lucky to find a room, we were disappointed in the hotel. Due to COVID, they posted a notice that bed linens would not be changed so we expected that, but at the very high price they were charging, they never even emptied the trash and did not provide fresh towels like they had said they would. Because of COVID we picked up our meals at the restaurant and ate in our rooms so the trashcans were overflowing. The carpet in the halls was worn and had holes in it - on all the floors.

Ugly and dirty place I stayed in two different rooms and both of them the Acc didn’t work good dirty carpet, showers hardly pour water

This hotel is a an excellent value, with walking-distance proximity to House of Blues and public beach access, as well as a TON of great restaurants and entertainment options (including a cool mini golf course). They also have free breakfast, free WiFi and a pool!

They charged my credit card PRIOR to my arrival (even though the site said the card WOULD NOT be charged. I had planned on paying cash for my room but I did not want to wait 2-3 days for the charge to be credited to my account.
