The house had not been properly cleaned in quite some time - the main bathroom had hair, urine and feces that had to be cleaned on arrival. The house had an overwhelming musty smell that was due to flooding in the basement that had happened the day prior to our arrival (with no notification) that the cleaning crew created when a spigot broke outside while trying to take care of the hot tub and fill it. The hot tub was half full and dirty and could not be used.The sauna lights did not work and had not been cleaned up with leaves all over it and the stove needing to be cleaned out for proper usage, the refrigerator had old food and had not been cleaned out in at least weeks. The stove appeared to have not been cleaned in a long time and could not be used as it started smoking when turned on.There was so much dust on some of the furniture that we could literally write out names into the surface of the furniture. We contacted both Evolve and the owner/manager and they did do two partial credits (75 for cleaning - out of 300 charge, and another discount for some of the additional items). Some of the issues we found the first day, some the second day as we tried to make the best use of the property. Evolve stated in a final message that they had "investigated" or discussed our concerns with the cleaning team, they refuted the cleaning issues despite all of our photographs and would not issue any further credits and has refused to respond to me since that point.
