Home away from home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean! You can tell the owners take pride in keeping the property up! It has been maintained and was a home away from home to me and my family! Loved this property and will be coming back next year to this property again!

2024 Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been staying at CW III for at least 9 years same unit with the exception of one year when the unit moved management companies. GC Rentals is some much better to deal with and the unit is still our favorite. The only MAJOR downside with with CW III is the parking. Even if you have a green tag you're luck if you get a spot at the complex and if your don't you have to park at the overflow a block away. Not sure how people are getting away with more than one (sometimes 3) green parking passes for the same unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great week,it just needed taller chairs on the balcony the ones there was uncomfortable and to short. Garden City Reality was a big help. Bob was the best one wouldn’t have wanted a nicer person,need to make Sure he stays with you.

2023 Garden City Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great. Great weather everyday was beautiful and the water was amazingly clear this year.We have been renting the same unit for the past 10 years and still the only concern with this property is the parking. Guests don't follow the one car per unit rule causing LOTS of parking nightmares.

Overall a great stay, could use a few tweaks

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Working with GCR was amazing. All were very professional from the booking to check in and check out. When arriving at the condo I did notice some things were not clean: spots on bathroom rug, dish towels and drying towel in kitchen were not cleaned. Not an issue since we had a washer/dryer we did them ourselves. We also had to wipe down the fridge and on the outside there were stains that we could not get off, it just looked dirty. I think one more thing to rethink is replacing the barstools. The stools are very nice design wise but heavy (wrought iron) and hard for children or shorter adults to get up and down from. The location was perfect, not too far from the action of the pier but you felt far enough away that the beach wasn't overly crowded. One negative is that the beds were very uncomfortable, especially the master bedroom. I felt like I was sleeping on concrete. We really wanted to rebook but due to the beds we have opted for another location possibly next year.

Great place right by the pier

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We greatly enjoyed our stay at Captain's Walk III 2C. Our condo was beautifully decorated, clean and steps from the ocean and the Garden City pier. It had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. I would suggest room darkening curtains for the master, as even though they were heaby, the lights are always on outside, and our room never got super dark. We did see a few water bugs, but that's something you can't really escape in SC. Overall, I would recommend this condo and I personally would stay here again.
