Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has been newly refurbished and it was really nice. This is our seventh trip to Myrtle Beach and this was the nicest unit of all that we have rented. The weather was windy and cold this year and the condo was so nice when we had to be inside. We highly recommend this unit.

Not Clean - No Basic Necessities

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo with my brothers family, 7 of us in the condo. Plenty of room and seating. However, the master ocean front room king bed is falling apart and the sliding door in the ocean front room did not open , and if you tried it came off the track, the other master bedroom facing the road, had roaches in the closet. There were dead bugs all over the condo along the windows. Kitchen lacked basic utensils. We will not return to this condo next year and do not recommend this unit to anyone.

Location is perfect, close enough to everything but in a nice family beach area. From booking to check out staff very informative and helpful any small issue has been dealt with right away. Looking forward to my next stay

Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean The shower in the twin bedroom was very small (per the other couple Who stayed in that room)The bedroom across the hall & the twin bed rooms Were freezing cold (despite the heating unit never turning off /from Sat to Wednesday) Meanwhile the living area & masterBR were hot as blazes & this was with all the vents closed in LR & MBR

The only issues we had were the AC not working properly, when drying our clothes in the dryer it would leave brown stains on some of the clothes maybe do to rust and there were a couple times we would come back from going out and there was no parking on either level. The most beautiful place we've ever stayed!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Surf Master 607 deserves an absolutely top rating! The oceanfront view is fantastic, with a large balcony. We had 5 in our family there, plus another 2 who live locally for frequent visits, & the condo was large enough for us all to be in the well-equipped kitchen or nearby for a fun time. The seating area was ideal for all 7 of us to stretch out & be comfortable (& has been upgraded since the photos were made.) Condo was exceptionally clean. Very convenient to the beach, the parking deck, a grocery store, & the pier. I definitely recommend this rental to everyone! The only very small complaint I have is that the oven doesn't heat up well enough for baking, but I would stay here again even if the oven didn't work at all! My whole family & I were so happy with the place. Thank you!

We found our place in SurfMaster #607. The condo was as advertised; it was spacious, clean, well laid out. While there, the management went above and beyond to keep the area clean, maintained and safe. We are excited to plan another trip back in 2022.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was actually ready ahead of the 4PM check-in time. It was clean, plenty of room for six people inside and a large deck outside. I would recommend this condo and would stay there again. Plenty of restaurants within several miles and a water park about a mile away. Only one issue was the lack of internet service even after calling their help line three times. Overall, very nice place to stay.

My husband emailed again prior to booking to ask if there was TV’s in each bedroom he was told yes there WASNT 1 bedroom had none and the other master only had a DVD player . You probably should be more honest in the future.
