I booked a room with a jacuzzi tub for the kids. We couldn’t use the shower in the bathroom it was so covered in black from not being cleaned properly. The hallway smelled musty and the top blanket on the bed didn’t seem clean. We stayed in another room last year and seemed fine but this one was gross

I had a wonderful time at this facility because of the staff. Anika, Cireese, Gabrielle and Johnaton so many more were amazing. I will definitely come back again. The rooms need upgrading a little carpet and couches, but location is great to the airport. Breakfast was delicious lots to choose from. Property was in a great location.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room there were stains on the bed decoration runner thing and the inside of the shower curtain was splatter with mud (at least that is what I choose to believe it was). The table between the 2 beds was dusty.

I will never say enough, this is the best place for relaxing, travelling, shopping or whatever you need a place to sleep choose this place and you won’t regret. Every thing is awesome from the check in to the checkout. My number one in Moncton Dieppe area.

The room temperature was 20 when we arrived . Raised temp to 25 to warm up the cold room. Fan kept blowing cold air, no heat. Front desk guy came and said it would take awhile. 1 and one half hours later still cold air. Now he said it was central air issue!. Finally unplugged unit, temp in room went up to 23. My wife is cold sensitive, and have to say we were EXTREMELY disappointed with your motel!!. Will most probably avoid Quality inns inthe future@!@

Found it hard to get into your pool because there's no railing and I can't climb back up a ladder. I know you're going to say "but it's only a few steps and they're so shallow.." Which doesn't help people with balance or mobility issues. Fortunately as a veteran of such idiotic ableist pool designs across multiple brand hotels.I know what to do, which is drag a pool chair over to the edge of the pool stairs to use as a grip to walk down the stairs
