We would stay again

Positives: Our room was lovely! Very very clean! The washroom also was spotless. We all swam and enjoyed the pool and sauna. There were loads of clean towels. We loved the old furniture and pictures it’s what brought us here. Sure things could be updated throughout. But the older feeling was actually quite nice and what we were looking for. The bedding was perfect and white and very clean. The beds were comfy. The tv was great. Fridge and microwave worked well and the ac was great and we were happy you could open the window. Breakfast: The breakfast was beautiful. Much better than most I’ve been to. Lots of hot foods and cold foods. Also everything was delicious! A great combination. We were really impressed with it. Negatives: It was hard to locate our room. The layout is weird and there is no signage around to help. The outside needs clean up and updating. The view across the street isn’t great. Better signage in the hotel in general is needed for sure. Also Info in the room would be helpful, like about the hotel, or restaurants around or info on breakfast. Or wifi log in. The lamps are awful. lol the shades are all damaged and just awful. But they work. Haha it was pretty funny actually how bad they were. We had a good laugh at how absolutely ridiculous they were. The jacuzzi tub didn’t work. We would stay again.

Our room was large and comfortable, the house coats were an added bonus. The breakfast was good but could have been warmer and the room they held breakfast in could have been a bit larger. Overall would stay there again.

The hotel is in a terrific location in Summerside. The room itself was okay but was very noisy for trying to sleep. There was some mold/ mildew in the tub/shower which is not surprising since there is no bathroom fan.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and well kept. Best free hotel breakfast I have ever seen—extremely fancy and waiters bring coffee to the table. Only surprised part is it was implied they were wanting a tip for the breakfast service, though not required. The tip was well deserved though! There was no microwave in the room but the front desk worker microwaved our food for us in the staff room without question. The outside door to the hallway was unlocked where most hotels need a room key. It still felt extremely safe! Hotel is right on water and near bike paths which was gorgeous! Would stay again!

This is a great place in central and historic Summerside. The rooms are pretty standard in size and amenities. The mattresses were great. The bathroom could use some updating but it was clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful. It might have been nice to get the run down of the hotel offerings and local options on registration - we figured it all out though. Nice that they have GF bread and a separate toaster along with g free cereal. Between that and the yogurt, fruit you won’t starve. It would be nice if the other breakfast options were marked g free or not (the scrambled eggs, sausages). The hotel backs onto the confederation trail so it’s convenient for cyclists. Recommended.

The staff are great. No complaints except the pool. Thats not the staffs fault but my goodness. It is in rough rough shape, looks nothing like the pictures, feels dirty and we had to leave after 10 minutes because my sons eyes were red and burning.
