Staff was fantastic! After we checked out and were waiting to board our flight home, we realized we left items in the room safe. We called the hotel and they checked and retrieved our items and put them aside. Friends of ours that live in Munich picked them up, everything was accounted for. Can’t say enough about the hotel and the location!

Pros: parking was convenient. Neat Italian grocery store next door. Cons: Area near hotel felt a bit unsafe. Not enough restaurants nearby. Hotel room lacking. Bathroom extremely tiny, carpet was filthy and needed a deep clean. Breakfast was expensive so we didn't purchase. Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Moosach is a nice area with plenty of options to lunches and dinners. The hotel is situated in a very nice location of Moosach. Helpful staff, clean room. Loved the fact that I was able to open the window very widely. I'd consider staying here again when visiting my grandma.

parking problems !

Parking is a big issue if you have a big car(7 people) , There are only 3 spots outside all other are in a low celling garage. I got help on first night from one if the guest and on te second the manager saved me a spot. If you think you will have an issue call in advance, don't come late and find out you can't park!! Manger and staff are very nice !!
