Very poor cleaning service Almost no soap in the dispenser Sheets were dirty and they said they only change the bottom sheet ONCE A WEEK ! Trash was not taken from the room even when “housekeeping did the room”

The property is overvalued, the pictures and not reflective of how it really is. It’s a little rundown, cleanliness is just ok. Staff is so so, food is just ok, the area is ok. Beds are medium in regards to comfort, and it can use better cleaning all around. If the price would have been 40% less it would be worth it, but not at €175 per night with our parking or breakfast. I would choose elswear next time.

Hôtel vieillot, bien que rénové. La propreté laissait grandement à désirer ( verres sales qui n’ont été changés qu’après deux demandes, toilette malpropre etc). Il n’y avait également pas de gant de toilette. Le buffet n’était pas à la hauteur. L’hôtel est un peu loin de l’action (environ 25 minutes à pied du centre-ville). Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Excellent place to stay. I wasn’t sure at first but the property is well maintained, the front desk team and bar servers were wonderful to work with. They not only made recommendations but could tell us where certain attractions were located and hour to get there both by bus and on foot. The only drawback was that it was a bit warm for me, but when I inquired about my rooms a/c at the front desk, they took care of the problem even I was out that day. By evening it was producing cool air.
