We had the three-person room, was like a two-bedroom apartment!! Everything was nice/clean, and the service was fantastic. We also enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet; they had a lot of selections! Overall, an awesome hotel for the rates we paid!!

The staff was the best. Clemens at the front desk was so wonderful. Salami salad in restaurant was super. Maid was so pleasant. Loved this hotel and everyone in it. Room was very nice and clean

We loved everything!!!! The staff was awesome 24-7. At check-in they gave us maps of the city with the location of the hotel marked on them so we could find our way back from the city center, Octoberfest, central station, and other landmarks of interest. They showed us the different tram lines and where they went, exchanged dollars to euros everyday. They also have power converters if you don't have one. And while it is not in the heart of the city and action it was not far from it, only a couple of blocks from the Lowenbrau brewery which was a hoppin place and best of all we felt safe walking anywhere even at night for 2 single girls. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Germany!!!
