Mateo and Michele were the best! In the restaurant, Annie and Lady were very pleasant and great servers. Miguel guided our horseback trip, which was the highlight of our trip! We love the food, the accommodations, and the spa. Despite it rugged vintage appearance, we were so surprised to have a high-tech Japanese toilet with so many features in our bathroom. If you are planning a trip to Cotopaxi, you absolutely have to stay here!"
