Great Hotel: I enjoy the free breakfast and friendly staff. It is very quiet for sleeping and the beds are comfortable. You can walk to Castro, street in 10 min. to enjoy dinner outside and many coffee shops! The free parking is safe too.

Request in advance for any additional towels or cleaning the room. I requested my room to be cleaned the staff said they are at capacity then I said just replace the towels. When I came back around midnight, my room was not cleaned nor towels has been replaced

Housekeeping was poor I am handicapped and asked for a room cleaning. This didn't happen. The next day, no housekeeper on site at all. I had a handicap room with a short toilet. Handicap rooms should have the taller toilets.
