"When book Wikipedia I requested to be given the discount that was given to the convention at the time by Disabled American Veterans. The customer service indicated that that discount was going to be apply. They lied to me. They charge me $505 for two rooms that I could’ve got them for $280 at the hotel location. I will not recommend Expedia to anyone else to purchase because false advertisement in honoring discount to nonprofit organizations is preferable to book directly with a hotel and you will save hundreds of dollars. Please disregard Expedia if any question you can contact me at 210-316-3465."

"The front desk clerk was very welcoming. The room was nice and near the pool which was a plus. Although the clerk provided us a map, it was difficult to determine entry into the hotel rooms as the 2nd level of our room was only available on one side of the building. We had to figure it out on our own. Room was spacious and comfy. The only thing was they had signs saying their restaurant was closed. I do recommend staying here if you come to visit Kerrville."
