Un lugar muy tranquilo, a pocos pasos de la agua. Duerme 6 en habitaciones con más espacio disponible en la sala de juegos para los colchones adicionales, (siempre). The home and the host were amazing!!

The home was everything that was describe, it was extremally clean and large. The host and hostess have everything a family would need for cooking and having fun on the water! If we were ever needing a place to stay in the area John and Shala's home will be our first choice! Relaxation with a water view

The property was perfect for a family of four, particularly with a teenager that prefers her own space. She took over the lower level of the house except for when she was doing homework at the kitchen table. The house was well stocked. Beach access was super easy and it was fun to walk and kayak. I really appreciated having the kayaks available to use. The owner was also extremely responsive and helpful with requests. We would definitely stay at this property again and recommend to others.

- Breathtaking views - home was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed and more - John was super responsive to our questions & accommodating to our requests - check in process was smooth and easy - house instructions were clearly laid out & helpful - I highly recommend this property and will stay here again - hands down this was my best VRBO experience

Perfect.

This place is A+ and John was great. It was very well appointed and the access to various activities (kayaking, crabbing, hiking, etc) was almost incomparable. Views - A+ too. Spectacular. The neighborhood couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly and nice and quiet as we were there to relax and rest. There is a high likelihood that if/ when we travel back to the pacific NW, this will be our first, second, and third option.

When can we come back? :)

Our group of 7, ages 5 to 85, had a great 4-night stay at McKees Beach House. The upstairs was spacious enough that we could all enjoy cooking, eating, talking, watching movies and doing puzzles together (this was the tail of the pandemic, so we were just so happy to be together!) Our family with 2 kids took the lower level, which gave everyone some privacy as well. We walked and rowed to nearby Kayak Point Park, watched movies and played games, and cooked a lot of good meals. I really appreciated the extra mattresses, movies, pots, dishes, supplies like oil and sugar and tea -- it was perfect!

Wonderful home & neighborhood

The worst thing that happened was a TV remote ran out of batteries and they didn't have a carrot peeler. I can't even say that was frustrating in the moment. This home and neighborhood were comfortable, quiet, peaceful, and fun for my family. We stayed for two weeks and would happily stay again. The beach was wonderful and the house was fully stocked and furnished with VRBO standard items. This property deserves its 5 star rating!

Peaceful stay by the beach

Smooth sailing! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we might need for 4 adults and 4 young kids. John was a helpful host. The neighbors were friendly. The beach was steps away and when it was too cold and rainy we watched through the window. Everyone was sad to leave!
