After staying for two nights, my room had not been serviced by housekeeping, and basic items had not been replenished. When I requested clean towels, I was initially told that staff did not have access to provide them, which was later contradicted. I was then informed that in order to receive clean towels, I would need to bring all used towels to the front desk for an exchange. I was uncomfortable carrying used household towels through the lobby and placing them on the front desk in front of other guests. Despite this, the towels were then handled individually and counted one by one at the desk, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional.

I was charged a 100 dollar deposit upon check in that I was not made aware of that I would have to pay and I was told that I would receive my deposit back within 4-5 business days I never received it back when I called to inquire about my deposit I was told that I was not going to be receiving my deposit because there was poop on the bed I left that room spot less I took the bedding off the bed the only spot that was on the sheets was from my leg I had itched it and it bleed a very very little bit but the sheets have to washed anyway so why was I not give my deposit back?

The room was dark, needed more lighting, and although the room was large, it was quite barren. The floors had recently been redone, but they were unfinished with large open cracks where the new floor met the old one. The toilet wobbled, not secure. The shower leaked all the hot water out of the on/off tap, so only tepid water came out of the actual shower head. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable, so at least there was that.
