"Our room wasn’t done when we checked in. We stood there as the housekeeper scrambled to finish. There were several areas that didn’t look vacuumed, they never vacuumed the hallway. The same pieces of paper, food remained in the hall our entire stay. The staff at the desk were helpful. But they need more housekeeping staff. There was something that was splashed on our wall, like something had spilled and yet never cleaned it up. They tried to charge my card for breakfasts we never had and there were room charges for food items we never purchased. We could have stayed at a few other hotels in the area at a better cost and free breakfast!"

"The greater star goes to the staff that was kind and ready from the front desk through cafeteria (breakfast) to housekeeping. No stress. Our only surprise was that the setting reminds us more a Motel than a hotel, where you park almost in front of your room door and gain access to the room straight from the parking, instead of a central entrance with locked doors. Maybe we just didn't read the description well."
