Terrible experience. We have stayed at so many hotels this summer due to family and work trips and this hotel was the worst. Especially because we had made reservations a day in advance, driven five hours to get here, and walked into a broken down room. Refrigerator not working. Wires laying around to trip me on purpose. Coffee maker useless because the coffee packets are the wrong kind. Also, terrible coffee taste. Carpets smelled. Bed sheets were clean. Tv worked. Bathroom was clean. Everything seemed raggedy. We called down as soon as we checked in and main desk was not worried or helpful. Said they were fully booked so couldn’t move us into a different room. Offered a 15% discount after talking to the manager and a change of room for the next day (that never happened). I’m still angry at myself for not driving off to another hotel but 9 month pregnant lady here couldn’t move and fell asleep on the clean sheets and spent every waking hour outside. Super disappointing, frustrating, and disrespectful hotel. Additionally, if you’re looking for quiet - know that the pool is loud. Breakfast buffet in the morning was okay. Not returning here ever again. They need to apologize to us for being courteous through this whole situation.

Property seemed ok at first. The rooms were clean but far from updated, lots of paint chips and dated issues. Parking is only in dark, dimly lit areas making the parking area seem unsafe. We got a huge scuff down the side of our rental. The halls and elevator smelled VERY strongly of marijuana We ignored this until we could smell it in our room with a young child. I called the desk staff who tried to tell me it was probably just someone smoking on their balcony. I explained that wasn’t an ok answer but nothing was done. Overall, not the best choice. The positive was ONE desk lady who was amazing and breakfast was good. Look elsewhere for the amount of money spent.

The room was pretty spacious! Shower was great! The elevator takes forever. Had alot of noise from those above and beside us. But overall it was a great place for the price! Very close to the beach and everything.

It is located close to everything that we needed for our stay. We took a 5 minute walk 3 nights to have dinner literally less than a football field away from our door. Walked to breakfast one morning. The hotel is 4miles from the beach. There is a Trader Joe’s across the street for snacks if needed. The only thing we didn’t care for was the bed was hard and when we first arrived and walked into our room the smell of bleach from where they cleaned the bathroom was overwhelming. The furniture in the room could be updated and the lighting could be a ton better but you get what you pay for. It was a great stay for a quick cheap trip for a mini vacay

Property was not well kept. Services like house keeping did not occur during the stay. Pool area allowed non guests from neighboring houses. Not a pleasant stay at all. I would not recommend this hotel.
