The home features 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with queen size beds / 1 bed with a double size bed) and 2 full baths. The kitchen features an eat-in area with a small bar area.

The proximity to local beaches, Shem Creek, Historic Charleston, all sorts of outdoor water activities, the best food and entertainment the Lowcountry offers and competitive pricing makes this home the perfect vacation get away. Also enjoy Old Mt. Pleasant by taking walk or bike ride to the Pitt Street Bridge overlooking the Charleston Harbor or parks that are all within a short distance.

*Note: The property has 2 driveways which can hold 2 cars each (4 total) and a gravel parking area along the street for 1-2 cars. So, there is parking for 5 cars easily (maybe 6 depending on the sizes of the cars). A 27' boat or camper or smaller should fit.
