Room was not serviced our entire trip. When I asked about it, they told me I needed to let the front desk with 24 hours notice if I wanted service. I told them I was never informed of such and they just shrugged their shoulders. Then when I did ask for some coffee refills, they said they would bring them up. After two hours, I called again and was told they would not be bringing them up in an extremely rude manner. My friend had to leave this same hotel the night before because of the horrible uncleanliness of her room. Also lots of loitering outside the hotel and the elevator reeked of pot.

Couldn't find my reservation through Expedia. I got double charged. I did get a refund, but is a hassle waiting for it to get back into account. Staff was awesome, but morning staff was loud and woke us up.

Had to be moved to another room because the water that came out the pipes for the jetted tub was brown. The hotel needs a major upgrade. If it wasn't for the hospitality of the front desk, I would have canceled my reservation.
