Had to call front desk to request a roll of toilet paper since ion the 2 roll holders one was completely empty and other had 1/4 left. Took a shower to find out there was no soap in the dispenser. Tissue box was almost empty. Is there a paper shortage in the Hampton inn?

The heater didn’t work and was making loud noises that kept us up through out the night. We spoke to the front desk the next morning and they said they would send someone to look at it. Asked to be moved to another room and they said the hotel was sold out.

Room was clean and breakfast was simple. Outdated room. We needed our room cleaned when we left one morning. We got back around 2:30 and still wasn’t done. Asked front desk to contact housekeeping and were told to go upstairs and find them ourselves to ask to clean. We also needed to print something and after struggling for 10 minutes we quit when WiFi wouldn’t connect to printer. Front desk watched us struggle and didn’t help. Otherwise check in and out was smooth and area is convenient.
