They should take more pride in the conditions of the rooms. Our first room had a horrible smell, floor looked like they were changing oil in the room, toilet wasn’t working, but after reported. They did make up for it and put us in a better room.

I booked a non smoking king bed room. Upon access to my room, I noticed an ashtray and the room reeked of smoke. When I went to the front desk to change rooms, I was told with a shrug that all the rooms end up being smoking rooms. I was moved to a double room. I could not get the tv to work (possible user error because of direct tv) and the bathroom had not been cleaned well, if at all. There was hair all over the shower and the toilet seat was still dirty. I've stayed at this property before and never had an issue. I don't think I'll be returning.

This hotel was one of the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. I’d say it was more of transient housing. Roaches in the rooms, trained of cigarette smoke, people constantly coming and going and marijuana stench was awful. Front desk staff were really nice and have no complaints there at all.
