Nous avons réservé cet appartement et notre séjour a été trÚs décevant.
âą Manque dâĂ©quipements essentiels : Ă notre arrivĂ©e, il manquait des couettes et des couverts. MalgrĂ© de nombreuses relances (appels et e-mails), une seule couette nous a Ă©tĂ© livrĂ©e au bout de plusieurs jours, et aucun suivi nâa Ă©tĂ© effectuĂ© pour le reste des problĂšmes signalĂ©s.
âą PropretĂ© insuffisante : Lâappartement Ă©tait dans un mauvais Ă©tat : vitres sales, moquette tachĂ©e, machine Ă cafĂ© non vidĂ©e, vaisselle sale, capsules de biĂšre sur le balcon, Ă©pluchures de cacahuĂštes sur la table basse, et ventilations bouchĂ©es avec du scotch sur les fenĂȘtres.
âą ProblĂšmes techniques ignorĂ©s : La tĂ©lĂ©vision ne fonctionnait pas, et aucune intervention nâa eu lieu malgrĂ© nos signalements dĂšs le premier jour.
MalgrĂ© les promesses rĂ©pĂ©tĂ©es de lâagence en charge de la location de « faire le nĂ©cessaireâ, aucune solution satisfaisante nâa Ă©tĂ© apportĂ©e et aucun geste commercial. Nous regrettons et dĂ©conseillons vivement cette agence.
