"The exterior walls and hallway carpet were a bit scruffy, but the rooms were very clean with nice comfy pillows and king bed. There is a convenient laundry room on premises, gym and business area with microwaves. Alaska in general has a shortage of workers, so no one was available to clean our room when we requested it but I got by with new fresh towels and requesting more soap and TP. Overall I would still stay here again as it is centrally located and was a good value for the price. "

"Room was very quiet and nice. The rooms are very small. 2 people with 2 suitcases and 2 carry ons were a challenge to manage and move around. "

"Unfriendly staff; pool and workout small but clean; great location downtown, shops to explore and restaurants. Rooms are not brightly lit which is fine in summer but sad in winter. Free breakfast is meh. Small parking lot fills up quickly and you may have to park across the street often due to the overflow. "

"Temu bedsheets and towels, terrible quality, like sleeping in a plastic bag. Only a few hand towels, no shower towels. One of the rooms is like a closet, without electrical outlets. Late check out will cost you 50/hour, and the owner will sit in the car at the front door to make sure you leave before 11. "
