We did!We had rented a different home 10 month’s prior to coming to the Island but due to an unsuitable situation found ourselves homeless.After networking with some of the local homeowners & managers we were put in contact with Kareen, What a Lifesaver! She answered all of our questions promptly & helped us make the booking quickly & smoothly. Slipstream 2.0 was our new Home! What a find!This is a gorgeous new property in a quiet neighborhood on a beautiful beach on the Caribbean side. Centrally located to explore the North or South end of the Island.The home is open and airy with plenty of patio spaces to sit and relax.All the pictures are an accurate reflection of the listing.We really enjoyed morning walks along the sandy beach right outside our door.The kitchen is well stocked with pans & utensils for cooking in should you desire.The sunsets are amazing whether from the house patios or large windows they are magnificent.There are many restaurants nearby:Chez PierreFlava’s Kitchen (Take Away) – 5 minutesA new Coffee Shop -“Dapple” that serves breakfast & lunch. If you happen to be there the day they make cinnamon rolls they are “Life Changing”.Long Island is beautiful, locals are friendly & welcoming!We want to get the secret out for this beautiful new House & GREAT Host!You will not be Disappointed!"

"This beautiful 4 BR, duplex villa was built for a designer and architect. It is informal, open, functional and well stocked with everything needed for cooking and serving meals. Each BR has it's own "en-suite" bathroom. The showers are HUGE and warm water is plentiful. There were ample beach towels and sun hats provided. A dedicated "water cooler" with large bottles of spring water provided all needed potable water. The house is approx 1kM from the Stella Maris resort and 0.5kM from the Stella Maris beach and beach bar.The host (Bruno) was attentive, available and very helpful. He arranged for a rental car and we gave him a shopping list of groceries which were already in the house when we arrived. "

"We had an amazing time here and would definitely go back. We weren't sure how it would be to be on solar power, but we always had enough to charge our phones and for lights, cooking, and fans. We loved having our own trail down to the beach. We didn't see anyone else on this beach the whole time. We loved being able to hear the ocean at night while sleeping and the stars at night were mazing. No light pollution. This was the perfect spot to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We will definitely go back."

"The property is on one of the nicest beaches anywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The cottages are right on the beach. The cottages are well thought out for a family of 4 with 2 double beds and 2 singles. "
