I found this place on the internet. I booked and paid for a queen size double room for the night of Friday No mention on the site that there was no: Microwave Plates or bowls Cutlery. On our arrival Unit 4 we found: Not the room that I had booked for $104.86. King size bed with single in same room. Second Bedroom with three single beds. Table is poor condition with five chairs. Lounge couch in very poor condition and not safe to sit on Large Hole in cover on King size bedspread. No tea towel/s No tissues. Shower almost useless as only a trickle of water when turned on. Very noisy including foul language throughout the night. The air conditioning did not work on any of the three rooms. The TV worked on only two channels (when it worked}. On checking my Bank Account, I have been charged the following by travelocity by Expedia: $4.70 international transfer $166.56 A total of $171.26 when the price agreed to on my booking was $89.18 I did nbot advise there would be an extra person charge $6.15 plus taxes of #9.53 That is a lot different to what was taken from my account. Please arrange reimbursement of $82.00 the difference.
