"It was super close to the united center which we were in town for an event at. House was clean and had plenty of space for us and a back yard sitting area. Was nice to have two bathrooms!Checking in was easy and we never had any issues."

"I recently had the opportunity to stay at "Comfy One Bed Apartment in Forest Park", and I wanted to share my experience. Overall, the rental was sufficient and adequate for my needs. The property was cute and suitably decorated. I appreciated the amenities provided, such as a full kitchen stocked with coffee and snacks, which made it feel more like home. However, I did find the pre-arrival communication to be somewhat excessive. I received numerous text messages and emails leading up to my stay, which became a bit annoying. I was also asked to forward my credit card information and take pictures of my identification to send via an app I wasn’t familiar with. This level of scrutiny was something I had never encountered with past rentals. While I understand the need for caution in today’s climate, the process felt invasive and could be improved. Perhaps the company could consider renting to only highly rated guests to streamline this process and avoid making renters feel uncomfortable. Despite the annoying communication, I must say that the actual check-in process went smoothly. I would recommend the property for its charm and the great amenities, but the company could certainly enhance the guest experience by revising their communication practices. "

"The property was exactly as expected - went with myself and three couples - along with two dogs - and it was PERFECT! It’s very difficult to find a place that has enough bedrooms for four couples that is approachable and affordable.The host was very responsive when I had questions and had to quickly set up an early check-in due to friends, arriving in the city earlier than expected. Everything worked out wonderfully! Some may think it might be too far off the beaten path to go downtown that wonderful neighborhoods around it - it was definitely navigable to get downtown, and Uber was easily available if you didn’t want to drive if you were having a night out! If you are traveling with multiple people, you may want to consolidate cars, because parking can be a challenge however, there is a garage! Highly recommend minimizing cars due to permit parking in the neighborhood.I would definitely stay again, and highly recommend that you consider this location! "

"Before arriving at this property, we had stayed at a Motel 6 where everything was damp and smelled unpleasant. We were really hoping this place would be better — and thankfully, it was! We finally slept in a dry, clean bed. The bathroom was comfortable and included shampoo and shower gel. There was a small fridge and a private microwave, which was very convenient. The room overall was cozy and well-equipped. Parking was easy and accessible, and we appreciated that the security cameras were working — it helped us feel safe and sleep peacefully. What could be improved: – We found false eyelashes and hair on the floor. – There was quite a bit of dust on the baseboards. – The lighting in the room was quite dim. Thank you for a nice and restful stay! 👍 "
