"The picture on the ad suggested that there was a pool on the property which wasn't true. Also the rooms were hot, very small, and generally quite over priced compared to other locations I have traveled in this area. Staff were very nice and polite."

"Did a five night stay here! Booked a superior room which was spacious, cozy bed linens, good wi-fi, mini fridge (though awkward to open due to placement under the desk), and awesome view. The room is located right in front of the lift so could hear people here and there. Towels not so cozy. Toiletries not the best (watery lotion, not so soapy-soap, etc.). The gym was fine for one person but super tricky for two. Did not partake in the breakfast, Rained my last morning - paid 15 bucks for a two hour late checkout. Location is away from the center but close to the main bus station and other busses. I liked it and also explored other local nearby 'hoods, The staff were inconsistent - not overly friendly eg I had trouble w/ the revolving door upon entry and my arm actually got stuck (kind of funny!) -- no one asked me how I was after I got unstuck, misspelled my name on all documents even after providing i.d. , not super helpful when asking for transportation assistance, I asked for a cup of hot water every morning due to no kettle in the room - the first day I received a proper coffee mug and the next day the guy gave me a small coffee cup and I asked for a large one - he said there weren't any and they were right behind him.....little things of course but not a warm vibe overall. Some of the other bar/restaurant staff were pleasant though! In short, a good stay mostly because of the spacious/clean room, cozy bed and view."
