This Raddison was very nice and friendly hotel. The food was good and the pool was very nice. It was easy to get to other places and plenty of convenient stores nearby.

Overall just ok nothing spectacular here

Would have been nice if the whirlpool worked decently and was actually hot. Food was pretty decent but expensive. Rooms were alright, just don’t expect to receive replacement towels or anything if you stay more than one day. TV remote and volume didn’t work. Can hear through the walls very easily. Doors don’t latch all the way so make sure you use the inside lock if you want to feel safe maybe even a chair in front of the door. Windows opened to the outside on the first floor and it felt very unsafe even with a flimsy bar in the window.

Incredibly poor service at check in, the man became frustrated at his own mistakes and repeatedly spoke down to me, he was very disrespectful. The rest of the staff was fine, but they were clearly understaffed and overworked.

They staff is really nice and extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet is really good. And if you go to put your plates up they very politely tell you just to leave them on the table. The rooms are very nice and spacious.

Very disappointed with this property. Check in was not good... room wasn't ready and no one could tell me how long it would be until I could check in. Meanwhile I watched 6 other sets of guests who arrived behind me get checked right in. The front desk staff were curt and seemingly annoyed at trying to get the answers I needed, and I had to haul my luggage to a public restroom on the 2nd floor (the elevators were out of service) to get ready for my meeting. I then found out on my own that my room was already clean and ready for me to check in, but the front desk staff still were unaware that it was ready, so I had to haul my luggage back down the stairs to finally check in, and then back up again to enter my room. To top things off, the upgrade eventually offered was alcohol (I don’t drink), then a 20% off coupon to a restaurant I wouldn't be able to use. I was then told the manager would get back to me on an upgrade, but that still hasn't happened, though I stopped by the front desk at 10:15 that night to enquire. All very frustrating. Bottom line, the reception staff all seemed either powerless to resolve these situations, or that they simply couldn't care less.

Hotel was full. Very clean. Staff was all very nice. Elevator did not work and breakfast on second floor. Coffee pot would only brew 1 cup of coffee, then had to sit until it completely cooled to make a second cup. Coffee in breakfast room was HORRIBLE ( 2 days in a row).
