Located right in the downtown with access to lot of restaurants and shopping. The Fine Arts Museum is 5 min walk. The only problem we had was the bathroom in the hotel had a weird smell which was a bit unconformable. Would have rated 5* if not for the smell.

It was OK. Definitely not as lux as I would have thought. Bed was good. Pillows were good. Shower door felt like it was going to fall off. The soap when we got in was not new (wrapped). Restaurant was closed permanently. When we arrived super late from Toronto (lots of traffic) and I was obviously super tired, the front desk girl was not super nice. Valet guys were great. 10/10. Francesca found my phone that I dropped in the seat in the lobby which was great (thanks again). Overall, experience was good, not great.

This is a great hotel, figuring out parking took me 3 tries around the building. I wish it was easier and you can see the sign from the road but it wasn’t. Outside of parking everything was great.

The location in downtown is excellent! Right by walkable street level shops, restaurants and bars. Also right by the best part of the Underground City! The biggest downside was the lack of blackout drapes. We stayed in a panoramic view room which was great but literally no operable drapes, only blinds that didn't block the light and didn't feel very private to outside onlookers. They absolutely need to upgrade to some full blackout curtains or drapes!

Right downtown! Was a beautiful stay, with a beautiful shower and large bath tub. Gorgeous view. Valet parking or several parking garages around. The bed was comfortable and my only wish was they had provided extra blankets (or perhaps I just needed to ask or I over looked them - either way it was a small notice!) they have an outdoor pool which is a bit small, but was never crowded and was beautiful! Easy to walk or uber/taxi around. I will definitely be back! A must stay for tourist.

Booked a luxury king fireplace room, highly disappointed and dissatisfied. Especially considering how much we paid for that room prior to coming there from the USA. I wasted so much food because this room didn’t have a microwave. And when I called the desk downstairs and asked, they said this room doesn’t come with a microwave but other rooms do???. I mean I had nice bathroom with shower in one side and a hot tub on the other. I even had an electric fireplace in that room but no microwave?. The breakfast was cold and we paid $20 or so each for it. Highly disappointing. Not a big fan of the feather pillows either and it was uncomfortable for the neck. The room however was pretty clean and I had no complaints there. The beds were also comfortable. Floors were also clean. I didn’t like the sliding doors from the bathroom that lead into the bedroom. I enjoyed the magnifying mirror that can better zoom in on your face in the bathroom. The elevators are annoying there. Say you push for the elevator to go down, it takes you up floors instead and brings you all the way to the 16th floor, and then you have to come down. And it felt like everyone was trying to get on, so you stopped on basically every floor. Another instance with the elevator is when 2 Staff were in the basement and the just kept holding the door open and wouldn’t let it go up. Overall there’s nothing to spectacular about this hotel. I truly believe I would’ve had a better experience with a motel that had a microwave.
