The best staff I have ever dealt with. Pleasant, friendly, and happy. I’ve never experienced such kind & friendliness. The hotel does need some TLC. A lot of the electrical outlets doesn’t work, and the prices for rooms are getting a bit too high for the average folks. Other than what I mentioned, I love staying there. In fact, I’ve been staying there each September for the past 20 years.

Very clean. Room very nice. Unfortunately not a good parking option however made it work. Had to walk a ways. $23 for valet is a little steep!

Overall very nice. My only complaint is the water in room 811 didn’t get very hot, even on full blast hot. Everything else was fine and the staff was great.

Staff was very friendly. Lobby was beautiful. Room was neat and clean though the building itself is in great need of repair and upkeep. Paint was coming off the windows in chunks, showerhead was wobbly & bathroom had no ventilation.
