The manager for this place was a very unhelpful man. I felt my safety was in danger, so i slept with a chair in front of my door. Each day i would lysol everything.

Hotel needs updates. Won't use again.

Bed was comfortable, but pillows were not(really soft and small). Couch and chair in room were dingy/stained. Fridge and coffee maker were good. Ac was cold. Shower water pressure was great. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt, pre-wrapped breakfast sandwiches in the fridge of the lobby. Wifi worked great.

Terrible Customer service

I was staying at this hotel due to a family. I booked this hotel for 2 days. My mother got out of the hospital a day earlier than expected. So I went to check out early and asked the lady at the front desk, if there was any way to refund the extra day. The lady immediately just started getting confrontational and arguing for no reason. I was not being anything other than polite. Also there was Visible cockroach traps in the hotel room. This hotel wasn’t the worst I’ve ever stayed in, but I would not recommend staying there unless it was just a one night emergency situation.

Bathroom lights had to get new bulbs. Sink did not drain. Overall need to be updated. Stain on the comforter. Need brighter lights in the room, very dark even with lights on. Light switch did not work anything. Not sure what it went to. Booked room with sofa bed and got room with 2 chairs in suite.
