Necesitaba una habitacion y este hotel era el mas sercano al aeropuerto reserve y ofrecia transportacion del aeropuerto-hotel,hotel-aeropuerto llame para solicitar transporte me dijeron en 10 minutos llega ,pasaron 10 minutos nada volvi a llamar ahora me dijeron 20 minutos pasaron 20 minutos y nada otra vez ,volvi a llamar ahora no contestaban!al final tuve que subirme a una van del hotel Hilton que nos ofrecio llevarnos ,al llegar al hotel no estaban ocupados y los telefonos suene y suene pero ellos no contestaban!, mi habitacion no ofrecia agua embotellada ni cafe suministros que deberian de haber en una habitacion que es clase bussines!,muy mala experiencia en general pesimo servicio.

Staff very courteous and helpful at all times . Property inside needs complete re-vamp . Carpets in hallways look quite old and torn in some parts, toilet and sink basins while clean have rust stains and on my second stay had to turn a/c off … very noisy … beyond normal .
