First room had no working light except bath. Switch room, No bulb in only floor light. Took and hour to get a bulb. One outlet didn't work. Broken switchplate on wall. Heat missing thermo knob. Only worked on high or off. Sticky stuff on bath counters. No shelf in refer. Refer door shelf holder made of electrical tape. Only had decaf for rooms. Plywood over spa. Breakfast very thin.

I don’t recommend this hotel. The outside of property is dirty and homeless literally live outside your room and smells horrible. The price is cheap for a hotel next to the Marina beach but very poor condition and poor property maintenance. We paid for a Non-smoking room and received a room that smelt like cigarette smoke and thankfully the front desk did manage to change our rooms which was a plus but overall I do not recommend this hotel.

The location of the property was awesome. Quick walk to the beach and quiet. The hotel was run down, and not very clean. The key to our room didn't work which was kind of lucky because it wasn't the king size bed I had paid for. We got another room with the correct bed and working keys. The sink faucet was broken, the tub was kind of dirty, the floor hadn't been swept. The employee was nice but seemed to be the only one on the peoperty, which could be why it was not taken care of. It worked for a place to sleep, but I was expecting more from a Radisson property and the price I paid.

The location was great, but the room was not clean; it looked like it hadn't been tidied in a month. The shower didn't work, and the bathroom light switch was broken. I went to the front desk to report the broken shower since no one was answering the phone, but there was no attendant present. A housekeeping staff member informed me that someone would return after 11. By then, it was checkout time, and I needed to get on the road. I will never book this place again.

Tried having a nice weekend get away with my husband. All the details seemed great upon our search. PROS: well insulated (heater was not needed) good water temperature. CONS: dirty walls, floors, doors, and window area. Food crumbs everywhere, even in the bathroom. Bath towels were stained. The shower floor was dirty. Bathroom had mildew on the walls and in the pictures, rust throughout the room on different objects, only 2 bath towels, no wash rags. The entry door didn't latch properly and was hard to lock, there was a light sensor by the door but no light to go with it. No smoke detector just the wires where it should have been. We found the smoke detector in a drawer while looking for the tv remote that wasn't in our room. Called the front desk about the missing remote and was told that they would send maintenance. maintenance never came, luckily the cleaning ladies were passing by, so I asked them for a remote. The bed was loud like the mattress was placed on a metal drum..not to mention the springs too. On the floor under the foot of the bed there was something brown smeared. The shampoo seemed more like dish soap and the conditioner seemed more like lotion. I triple checked that I had the correct soaps. Our first night there was a bit of police activity for domestic violence and drugs. Also had people throwing things up by our room. Our second and final night while returning to our room our key card didn't work. I do NOT recommend this place and will NOT return.

2 queen bed room is a decent size. We found a couple hairs and dirt on sheets but was so tired that we dust off. Surprise there was only 1 towel in the room had to ask for some. Barely any selection of breakfast today Sunday they had biscuits and gravy, waffles, to make toast and cereal. Smh no sure why they will have cream cheese and no bagels. The apple juice was really watered down. Was really for alittle bit more warm breakfast options.

The property looks great from the outside. The front desk guy was very nice and informative at check-in. Unfortunately, we felt catfished once we got to our rooms. It’s like they wanted to renovate and put all these new pieces of furniture in the rooms, but didn’t care to keep it clean. The TV, decor and sheets were fine, but our bathroom had a toilet plunger hanging out on some sand, there were a few hair balls around the bathroom, the AC unit was dirty on top and under and the walls had obvious spills. Outside- the landscaping looks great until you look down and notice there are dirty q-tips at your feet. The rooms looks very close to the pictures on the website, but they’re missing smoke alarms (you can see the wires) and the showers are not unkept well (the shower curtains were new though). There’s great potential, but they need to clean and repaint. Tip: if you’re eating breakfast here, go early. They have a lot of guests because of the price, but they don’t replenish the dishes.

When we check in.. huge pile of dirty towel are outside the room. The flys are everywhere. Going inside, food crumbs are still in the night light.. and there is no towel upon checking in. Have to call them to give me.. the fridge is not working as well.. they said leave it on lower setting, morning comes and our water didnt get cold.. the front desk is not always there too.. online it may look good. But the if you see it in person its dirty and old.. only good is the breakfast dining..

This was one of the worste stays i have encountered. The rooms were not clean, there broken or things that did not work in each of the 5 rooms my family had reserved, including electrical issues, no fire alarm in one, and water not working in another.
